how long until it shows up?
every piece is printed just for you, which usually takes 2–5 business days. after that, US shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. you'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
how much is shipping?
a flat $5.99 per order, and free on orders of $75 or more.
do you ship internationally?
not yet — US addresses only for now. we're working on it!
returns
can i return or exchange?
because everything is made to order just for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size — please check the size guide before ordering. if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund, free.
can i change or cancel my order?
email us asap! orders go to the printer quickly, so we can only change or cancel if production hasn't started yet.
sizing
how do the tees fit?
our tees (Bella+Canvas 3001) are a unisex retail fit — true to size for most, size down for a fitted look, or size up 1–2 for that oversized gen-z drape.
hoodies & crewnecks?
Gildan heavy blend — a relaxed unisex fit. size up one for extra cozy.
care tips
wash inside out on cold, tumble dry low or hang dry. don't iron directly on the design. treat it like the softie it is.
